Our Approach
Health Starts Before a Puppy Is Born
Sound health is a breeding decision, not an afterthought. Before any pairing, our parent dogs go through health testing appropriate to the breed, and results are kept on file and made available on request.
Once a litter arrives, puppies are raised under veterinary oversight, with age- appropriate care and a clean, enriching environment through the early weeks that shape a confident, resilient temperament.
None of this replaces the ongoing care a puppy needs from its new family. Our role is to hand off a healthy, well-started puppy — and to be honest about what comes next.
What We Do
Our Health & Care Practices
Veterinary Oversight
Dams and litters are monitored by a veterinarian through pregnancy, whelping, and the early weeks of puppyhood.
Vaccinations & Deworming
Puppies receive an age-appropriate vaccination and deworming schedule, with records provided at pickup.
Early Enrichment
Structured socialization and exposure during the early weeks help build a stable, confident temperament.
What To Expect
Before Pickup & After You Go Home
Included Before Your Puppy Goes Home
- Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming completed to date
- A veterinary health check performed before going home
- Health and care records provided at pickup
- Parent health testing information available on request
Your Role After Adoption
- Continue the vaccination and deworming schedule with your own veterinarian
- Schedule a wellness exam with your vet soon after pickup
- Provide daily exercise and mental engagement suited to a working breed
- Keep up with routine parasite prevention and regular veterinary care
